(d) An analysis of the market valuation of the target;
(e) Determine the most feasible funding arrangement;
(f) Restructure the capital framework to support funding;
(g) Suggest harvest and/or exit strategies;
(h) Provide a comprehensive diagnostic of the project;
(i) Provide an Information Memorandum for funding (if necessary);
(j) Represent either the funding target in the funding process, or the Vendor;
(k) Prepare all attendant documentation as required
